By accessing or using The Rabbits Room ("we," "us," or "our") services, website, and events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Membership to The Rabbits Room is by application only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. All applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

Approved membership does not guarantee entry to all events. We reserve the right to decline entry to any event for any reason.

All members and guests must uphold the highest standards of respect, discretion, and consent. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal and potential membership revocation.

• Respect all boundaries and communicate clearly
• Maintain absolute discretion about other members and events
• Follow all venue rules and host directions
• No recording, photography, or videography without explicit permission

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information provided during the application process is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Members agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information learned about other members, including but not limited to: identities, personal details, attendance at events, and any private communications.

Payment & Cancellation: Event fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by The Rabbits Room. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive credit toward future events.

Venue Respect: Members must respect all venue properties and neighbors. Any damage or disturbance may result in membership revocation and potential legal action.

Health & Safety: Members must be in good physical and mental health to attend events. Substance abuse is not permitted. Members must use all provided supplies hygienically.

By attending our events, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. The Rabbits Room, its organizers, hosts, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during events.

You agree to release and hold harmless The Rabbits Room from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in events or use of our services.

We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for violation of these terms, inappropriate behavior, or any other reason we deem necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of our community.

Revoked memberships will not receive refunds for any paid events or membership fees.

All applications are subject to verification and screening. We may conduct background checks or request additional information to ensure community safety. Providing false information will result in immediate application denial or membership revocation.

All content on The Rabbits Room website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of The Rabbits Room and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
